MORNING COURSES
NJMASC Karate offers two fitness courses inspired by basic martial arts. These classes are ideal for people of all experience levels. Whether just looking to get in shape, or build on strength already had, Punches and Crunches and Cardio Kickboxing will keep you moving and your muscles working.

BEGINNER: PUNCHES AND CRUNCHES
This class focuses on striking and building abdominal strength. This is a great way to improve fitness and agility, as well as coordination and overall muscle definition. This class is at the beginner's level.

Equipment required: yoga mat, hand wraps
​
This class is run barefoot. MMA socks or indoor use shoes allowed. No outside shoes allowed on the floor.

INTERMEDIATE: CARDIO KICKBOXING
Punch and kick your way to a better you! Increase your stamina in this cardio based, martial arts focused class. Build lean muscle and flexibility while learning proper technique.
